The Russian Human Trafficking Crisis
The project one thinking skill, contextualization, allowed for a lot of room to explore and select essentially any topic out there. I had originally selected a different topic, but while in the process of researching it, stumbled across this one. I contextualized the factors behind the human trafficking crisis, the struggles of victims, as well as the actual crisis itself.
Social Studies
For the social studies portion of project one, I compared the human trafficking in Russia to human trafficking in the United States. I did this in the form of creating a mind map.
Art
For the art portion of this project, I contextualized the struggles of victims and how they are made out to be products of the system.
English
For English project one, I contextualized the Russian Human Trafficking Crisis overall. I then organized this information in the form of a newsletter.
