Project 1: Contextualization
The Russian Human Trafficking Crisis
Russia is currently in the second largest human trafficking crisis the world has seen in multiple centuries. For this project, I contextualized the crisis, the struggles of victims, and the politics/economics behind it all.
Project 2: Analyzing perspective
The Paranormal
For this project, I took a look into paranormal activity. I looked at the Native American perspective on the Great Spirit, the perspective of paranormal activity in witchcraft, and I also created a piece of artwork to show the thinking skill.
Project 3: Reasoning
The Meaning of Education
For this project, I read the novel "Educated" by Tara Westover. Based on the knowledge I acquired from this novel and additional research I conducted, I defined what, in my mind, defines education and answered the question; what makes a person educated?
Project 4: Synthesis
The Apollo Experience/Project Based Learning
My fourth project was in a way an extension of my third. I took a look into a more specific area of education, which was project based learning. The project itself focused on benefits of PBL as well as the Apollo program and how students are benefiting from it.
